TAPS is an organization, founded and located in Raleigh North Carolina, to promote the enjoyment of pipe smoking, tobacco and it’s rich heritage. It is open to all, age 18 or older.   The members start showing up at Duffy’s Restaurant & Tavern around 5:30 PM.  Along with the good food and drink, served up by our dedicated hostess Megan,  we also feature pipe trading & buying, raffles, and an occasional guest speaker.  The meeting starts, more or less, around 6:30 PM.   Come join us for a relaxing evening to trade stories, pipes and to share in the comradeship over a good bowl of tobacco.
